Fanny joins ICP Infrastructure from the private equity firm Verdane Capital where she worked as an Investment Professional, focused on active ownership of portfolio companies and the evaluation of new investments. While at Verdane, she served as Interim CFO for a portfolio company.

Prior to Verdane, Fanny worked with M&A in the Investment Banking division of Danske Bank. 

Fanny holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
